We are here to support you every step of the way! Here is what to expect once you decide to purchase the MobiWIC Register, from that first click to accepting eWIC in your store:
Step 1:
Complete the Quote Request Form
Start the order process for your MobiWIC Register by filling out the online quote request form.
Step 2:
Quote & Purchase Agreement
After you submit the form, you will get a quote and the purchase agreement by email.
Step 3:
Pay for MobiWIC
You will receive the invoice by email. Pay when you are ready for your device to be shipped.
Step 4:
Configuration & Shipping
Once your payment is processed, we will configure and ship your terminal by FedEX.
Step 5:
MobiWIC Training
Schedule your online training session after you have received your MobiWIC Register.
Step 6:
eWIC Certification Test
After you have been trained, make an appointment for your in-store certification test.
Step 1: Complete the Quote Request Form
Start the order process by filling out the Online MobiWIC Quote Request. Submit the form and our support team will contact you. There is no obligation to purchase your terminal at this point, you’re just starting the process.
Step 2: Quote & Purchase Agreement
After you submit the order form, you will get a quote and the purchase agreement by email. Read them thoroughly, sign the purchase agreement and email it back to us.
Step 3: Paying for MobiWIC
You will receive an invoice by email. Within that invoice you will find links to pay by Visa or MasterCard. Order your terminal today – and pay when you are ready for it to be shipped.
Step 4: Configuration and Shipping
Once payment is processed, we will configure the your MobiWIC Register and Web Application according to your store’s specific eWIC program details. Once configured, SoliSYSTEMS will ship your device to your store by FedEX.
Step 5: MobiWIC Training
Once you have received your MobiWIC Register, it’s time to schedule an online training class with our support staff. You will be guided through all the features and functions of the terminal and the web application. Our support staff will also guide you through the various state requirements that will help ensure you get your reimbursements for WIC sales deposited to your account fast.
Step 6: eWIC In-Store Certification Testing
Once your training is done, you’d be ready to schedule your in-store eWIC certification testing. After the eWIC testing has been successfully completed, you will be notified by your state’s WIC Authority as to when you can begin accepting eWIC transactions.
